Retail My Ride, a retail vehicle consignment hub, has partnered with automotive platform CarPro to give consumers a choice when it comes to selling their cars: receive an instant cash offer or consign the car.

Consumers using the CarPro “Sell Your Car” tool are presented both options, and if they choose consignment, they are connected to Retail My Ride’s network of car dealers, who sell the car on behalf of the consumer.

CarPro was founded by radio host and former Ford National Dealer Council Chairman Jerry Reynolds.

“For years I’ve referred listeners to Retail My Ride when consignment made sense for their situation,” Reynolds said in a news release. “Now we’ve formally brought them into the CarPro family so our audience can easily compare both options — instant cash or consigning for potentially more money — and choose what works best for them.”

Retail My Ride founder and CEO Jim Horan added: “Car owners deserve more than a single-option selling experience at a dealership. By partnering with CarPro, we’re giving sellers a smarter choice: take an instant cash offer if speed is the priority or consider consignment when maximizing sale price matters most.”
