114 Acura Stores Receive Dealer of Distinction Award

TORRANCE, Calif. –
American Honda Motor Co. has recognized 114 Acura dealers with this year’s Precision Team – Dealer of Distinction Award, which recognizes stores that “exemplify the core values of the brand.”
The company indicated that objectives of the award — which was created in 1987 — are adjusted every year “to continually challenge dealerships to excel in all areas of operation.”
Honda also noted that customer experience is a big part of the program, and dealers are graded in this area through client satisfaction surveys.
The grading period is from January through December, and then the award recipients are announced that following spring.
“It's given based on the entire dealership working together as a Precision Team,” the company noted.
Jeff Conrad, vice president and general manager at Acura, added: “Acura’s Dealerships of Distinction are recognized as the epitome of the Acura brand because they consistently demonstrate their passion for excellence.
