AAAG Taps GM for Mid-South Auto Auction

On Tuesday, Keith Lelux, chief operating officer of American Auto Auction Group, appointed an industry veteran to be general manager at Mid-South Auto Auction in Jackson, Miss.
Lelux gave the position to Robert Sullivan.
“We are extremely pleased to have an executive of Bob Sullivan’s background and expertise join our growing company,” Lelux emphasized.
“Bob’s understanding of the market, and his years of experience in the auto auction industry, make him uniquely qualified to lead our management team at Mid-South Auto Auction,” Lelux added.
Sullivan reacted to the announcement by stating, “I am excited to be a part of the American Auto Auction Group.
“I am especially pleased to be at Mid-South and to have the opportunity to again work with such accounts as General Motors, Ally Bank, Hyundai and Kia Motor Finance,” Sullivan added.
Mid-South AA is located just one mile from Jackson-Evers International Airport in Jackson, Miss. The operation conducts dealer sales every Tuesday at 9 a.m. and government vehicle sales on the first Thursday of each month.
Lelux and fellow industry veteran Steve Simon head up American Auto Auction Group, a network of independent auctions throughout the country.
In addition to operating Mid-South AA, the American Auto Auction Group operates Charleston Auto Auction in Charleston, S.C., and Texas Lone Star Auto Auction in Carrollton, Texas.
