CARMEL Ind. — ADESA Seattle executives noted that consistent outstanding customer service was the reason they received the 2009 Wells Fargo Auto Finance Award.

ADESA Seattle explained that criteria used to select the winner was based on specific survey performance ratings collected from Wells Fargo team members.

"I'm pleased to be able to recognize ADESA Seattle for their efforts during 2009," stated Howard Segal, vice president and national remarketing manager for Wells Fargo Auto Finance.

"We consistently receive excellent service at all ADESA locations, and the company provides a strong partnership in achieving our overall business objectives," Segal continued.

ADESA Seattle general manager Jason Arcaro shared his reaction to receiving the award.

"It is truly an honor to receive such recognition," Arcaro said.

"We have a phenomenal team at ADESA Seattle, and I couldn't be more proud of their commitment to serving our customers," he added.

ADESA Seattle will be presented with the honor during a special ceremony in Phoenix on April 27.
