WarrCloud has joined with the American International Automobile Dealers Association as an affinity partner, offering AIADA members its artificial intelligence-driven software to automate the warranty claims process.

The manual claims process costs dealers up to 12 percent of the gross profit from warranty revenue, according to estimates. Warrcloud’s software is designed to give dealers quicker processing times, better accuracy, reduced expenses and faster payouts by OEMs for warranty claims, resulting in greater profitability.

“As new vehicle technologies create additional processing pressures, it’s more difficult to find prospects that have the knowledge and the acumen to replace warranty admins who are aging out of the workforce,” AIADA CEO and president Cody Lusk said in a news release. “By integrating AI, WarrCloud’s software solution reduces human error throughout the entire warranty process, saving time and money, and increasing profitability.”

WarrCloud said it is the only company to automate the manufacturer’s warranty claims process for auto dealerships, reducing dealer labor and processing costs, increasing warranty processing speed and identifying and realizing new revenue opportunities.

WarrCloud, which currently serves more than 500 dealerships, was the winner of the NAVIcon Cup during Used Car Week 2022.

“We recognize the value of time,” founder and CEO Jim Roche said, “and our software platform processes claims faster and with tremendous accuracy, resulting in members getting all the dollars they deserve for warranty repairs with much quicker reimbursement time. That keeps more of the profits for the dealer.”
