Facility renovation is certainly a hot topic among dealerships these days, and it’s often found that dealership expansion can prove fruitful.

That said, the American International Automobile Dealers Association is urging dealers to get their ducks in a row in terms of fully understanding real estate acquisition and construction.

Since these can often be complicated processes, AIADA is teaming with affinity partner KeyBank to offer a free Webinar next month that can help dealers get a better understanding of real estate and construction and make the best decisions possible.

The Webinar starts at 11 a.m. EST on Nov. 17, and will delve into the following:

—What to consider before taking on a construction project, including the lender’s point of view.
—Project, budget and risk considerations in commercial construction administration.
—Important legal issues.
—New construction and real estate purchase from the perspective of a dealer.

Dealer principals, general manager and business managers are encouraged to participate.  Dealers do not have to be an AIADA member to register, but registration is capped at 150 people.
