MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. -

Automotive Resources International announced that the ARI Canada president Fred Booth plans to retire at the end of the year and named his replacement.

The new president will be Ron Gaysek, whose latest post is as ARI Canada’s executive vice president and chief operating officer. Booth’s retirement will go into effect Dec. 31.

Gaysek has been with the company since 1993.

Booth, who also came aboard in 1993, became president of ARI Canada in 1998.

“I want to thank Fred for nearly 18 years of service and his commitment to ARI,” stated ARI president Carl Ortell.

“While we will miss his distinctive combination of business experience, industry knowledge, and genuine warmth, he leaves behind a legacy of success that will not be forgotten,” Ortell noted. “The entire ARI family wishes him the best in his retirement.”
