SPOKANE, Wash. — Auction Pipeline recently announced a partnership with Ready Auto Transport that allows visitors to the AuctionPipeline online platform to determine a vehicle's transport costs prior to buying the unit.

Customers can also use Ready Auto Transport to ship single vehicles or entire truckload to and from any ZIP code in the continental U.S.

And these loads are fully insured, officials noted.  

"Our partnership with Ready Auto Transport is just one more way we're able to increase our product offerings and our level of customer service," noted Scott Finkle, president of AuctionPipeline.

"Transportation is essential to a successful online transaction. Ready Auto Transport specializes in the ‘less than truckload' business, which is ideal for many Pipeline members," he added. "They've also got a great reputation in the industry, which was important to us."

Officials noted that a member's location — which is determined as soon as the person logs in to AuctionPipeline — is what is used to calculate shipping prices. The price is guaranteed, they added.

In addition to displaying price, a projected shipping time is also shown.

If customers wish to find out shipping prices for other locations, they simply enter in ZIP codes. Moreover, there are special truckload rates offered, as well.

"AuctionPipeline is a great fit for us," noted Steve Wheeler, vice president of sales at Ready Auto Transport. "We're similar in that we're both pretty progressive and are always looking for ways to improve customer service to the dealers.

"As dealers buy more inventory online, it becomes more challenging and cost prohibitive to get those cars to their final destinations," he added. "We make it economical and hassle-free."

In honor of the new partnership, Ready Auto Transport has rolled out a discount, as well. First-time customers can take $50 off the shipment of a single unit or choose to take off $200 from the price of a full truckload. This offer runs through April 30.
