CARY, N.C. — In a new and exciting twist this year, instead of having several Certified Pre-Owned Dealers of the Year representing various makes, Auto Remarketing will honor one select automotive professional with this title, and this executive will be on hand at the 2010 CPO Forum to highlight some best practices and share some tips of the trade with other dealers and attendees.

The CPO Forum will be held Nov. 8-9 in San Diego at the Manchester Grand Hyatt.

Through its third annual CPO Forum, the Auto Remarketing Forum Series will help dealers stay successful in a challenging marketplace by offering the latest news and bringing leading experts together to discuss market challenges and ways to overcome them.

The forum, themed "Shifting Gears: Momentum for the Road Ahead," will help prepare attendees for the challenges that lie ahead in the rapidly changing automotive marketplace.

In addition to the Auto Remarketing's CPO Dealer of the Year serving as a keynoter at the event, other sessions will entail presentations from such companies as J.D. Power and Associates, DealerTrack, FirstLook, vAuto, AutoTrader.com and MileOne, as well as other leading luxury and non-luxury dealers.

For instance, less than two weeks before the upcoming CPO Forum in San Diego, J.D. Power will release its 2010 Used Vehicle Market Report, and executives from the company will be present at the event to share the findings from their latest survey with attendees.

Arianne Walker, director of media/marketing research for J.D. Power's Automotive Marketing Group, will present the opening-day kickoff session.

To learn the name of the CPO Dealer of the Year, stay tuned to Auto Remarketing's print publications and online e-newsletters. The dealer will be identified prior to the conference. The latest Auto Remarketing news can be found at www.autoremarketing.com
