Auto Auction Services Corp., better known as AutoIMS, has made several changes to bolster its client success team.

The team is headed by Ann Cammarata, an AutoIMS veteran who has been promoted to vice president of client success. She continues to oversee the client support team, and in her new role, she is also responsible for solutions and marketing functions.

“Over the past several months we’ve worked diligently to assess and grow our in-house capabilities and determine our best opportunities to grow our client success capacity,” CEO Venkat Krishnamoorthy said in a news release. “I’m excited for the path we have chosen and have confidence that our evolving team, under Ann’s leadership, will help our clients flourish in new, high-value ways.”

In addition, Bo Boshell, a long-time veteran of DataScan, has been hired as senior director of client success. Boshell will manage the solutions team, bringing operational expertise and a service-first orientation.

That team includes Michael Greene, who has been promoted to director of solutions, and solution advisor Dusti Daniel. The solutions function carries out most of the company’s sales and project management duties.
