BSC America’s Clayton Station Auction is getting a new name and a new home.

The company said the auction will now be known as BSC America’s Specialty Sale, with a weekly auction on Thursdays, beginning March 7, at its new location in Bel Air, Md., on the site where BSC America’s Bel Air Auto Auction operated before its move to Belcamp, Md., in 2017.

General manager Tommy Rogers said the auction has outgrown its current facility in Edgewood, Md.

“BSC America’s Specialty Sale Division has had steady growth since its founding in 2012,” Rogers said. “Our client base has expanded, the number of customers attending the sales has increased dramatically, and we determined it was time to find a larger space for this sale.

“The move to the Bel Air property will not only enhance our operations but will provide a more comfortable and convenient space for our customers. We are fortunate to have a separate facility dedicated exclusively to specialty product, which allows us to address the unique sales and service requirements for these units.”

The Specialty Division operation includes rental scratch-and-dent units, donations and inop units, along with powersports, heavy trucks and equipment.

The Specialty Sale will run in two lanes every Thursday at 8:30 a.m. at the new location.
