PLANO, Texas –

A total of six different auctions and 13 account managers received accolades as Capital One Auto Finance handed out its annual awards.

Among the Auction of the Year winners by region, the group included:

—Northeast Region: Manheim Baltimore-Washington
—Southeast Region: Manheim Georgia
—Midwest Region: West Michigan Auto Auction
—Southwest Region: Manheim El Paso
—Northwest Region: ADESA Seattle
—West Region: Brasher’s Sacramento Auto Auction

Capital One also gave its Customer Service Award to West Michigan AA for exceeding the expectations in expense management and for providing consistent, quality customer service to the organization and customers.  

Two other honors went to Manheim Baltimore-Washington for having the highest percentage of vehicles sold online and to Manheim Georgia for the highest volume of vehicles sold online.

Furthermore, Capital One revealed its coordinator recognition — individuals who were praised for their consistent outstanding performance in servicing the Capital One account.
