Chrysler Group Announces 90-Day Deferred Payment Program

Chrysler Group announced yesterday a new addition to its “Summer Clearance Event," highlighting a “No Payments for 90 Days” promotion on all 2011 and 2012 Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram Truck models financed through Ally Financial.
The deferred retail payment program starts now and will continue through the company’s “Summer Clearance Event,” which ends Sept. 6.
Company officials noted that qualified customers can utilize the payment deferral program on retail contracts of up to 60 months.
Moving along, the company also announced a few incentives specific to select 2012 models:
—For the Chrysler brand, qualified consumers who purchase a 2012 Chrysler 200 midsize sedan may be eligible for $500 in customer cash.
—For those interested in Jeeps, qualified consumers who purchase a 2012 Jeep Liberty may be eligible for $1,000 in customer cash.
—Moving along to the Dodge brand, qualified consumers who purchase a 2012 Dodge Avenger midsize sedan or 2012 Dodge Journey crossover may be eligible for $500 in customer cash
—For customers looking to buy a Ram Truck, qualified consumers who purchase a 2012 Ram pickup truck may be eligible for $500 in customer cash and an additional $1,000 in bonus cash.
As dealers look to make room for incoming 2012 models, Chrysler Group also revealed two additional "Summer Clearance Event" incentives specific to 2011 models:
—For the Chrysler brand, qualified consumers who purchase a 2011 Chrysler 300 or 300C may be eligible for financing as low as 0 percent for 36 months or $2,000 in customer cash.
—Next up, qualified consumers who purchase a 2011 Dodge Charger may be eligible for financing as low as 0 percent for 36 months or $2,000 in customer cash.
