Warren Henry Auto Group has acquired Niles Sales and Service in Key West, Fla., as it expands its Keys Auto Center.

The transaction adds five brands – Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac and Nissan – to KAC, which brings its total to 13 at its operation in the Lower Keys.

Warren Henry Auto Group now operates seven locations in Florida, selling 23 brands.

Warren Henry Auto Group executive general manager Larry Zinn said he’s been impressed by Niles Sales and Service CEO Jack Niles and his operation for a long time.

“It’s an honor to merge this respected dealership with KAC and welcome Jack’s clients and friends to the Warren Henry family,” Zinn said in a news release.

Warren Henry Auto Group said the newly acquired dealership will remain at its current location at 3500 N. Roosevelt Blvd. for now, but the company plans to move the operation to a new 15,000-square foot facility to be built as part of an 18-month plan to renovate KAC’s home down the street at 1618 N. Roosevelt Blvd.

The company said its goal is to allow clients to shop for a broad range of brands and price points under one roof.

Keys Auto Center will operate from a temporary structure at the site while the new dealership is being constructed.

“Relationships mean everything in the Keys,” KAC general manager Lee Holt said. “I grew up in the Lower Keys and understand the diverse community we serve and the importance of providing excellent service to all who walk through our doors.”

Aaron Automotive Group acquires California dealership

Aaron Automotive Group has acquired Gosch Ford Escondido from Gosch Auto Group, according to Kerrigan Advisors, which represented Gosch Auto in the sale.

The dealership has been renamed Aaron Ford of Escondido. Aaron Automotive operates four dealerships in California. Gosch owns Ford dealerships in Hemet and Temecula, Calif.

Jack Gosch opened his Ford store in Hemet in 1964, three months after Ford introduced the Mustang. The group has sold more than 400,000 vehicles since then.

“We’ve been successful in Escondido and in all of our locations because we know the communities we serve and our employees care about our customers, which is critical to a thriving dealership business,” Gosch Auto Group co-owner Marc Gosch said in a news release.
