EasyCare University has announced its 2024 schedule for auto and motorsports fixed operations webinars.

The webinars are designed for service advisors of all skill levels to explore elements of success in the service drive and achieve more.

Course topics will rotate quarterly.

Automotive topics include skill-building such as overcoming objections and upselling, presenting a multi-point inspection, menu presentation and understanding the psychology of why people buy.

Motorsports topics include the art of the customer welcome, how to provide updates, presenting a multi-point inspection and active delivery.

“Fixed Ops plays a crucial role in dealership revenue and customer retention, so it’s important to ensure service advisors are well equipped,” said Corey Smith, national fixed ops training manager for EasyCare’s parent company, APCO Holdings. “This training provides a roadmap for service advisors in auto and motorsports to refine their skills and empower every customer interaction.”

The webinars are multi-part courses presented over two days. They include lectures, workbooks and role-playing sessions.
