RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif. — Finance Express has launched a new lead management tool in its online dealer management system that it says can help dealers more effectively determine where their customers are coming from and allow them to monitor leads as they go through the sales cycle.

Dealers can use this tool to figure out the sources of leads and which Web sites they use are most effective at generating leads. It also allows them to see the 10 most-viewed vehicles in their inventories, gauge the probability of closing customers and conduct e-mail communication with customers.

"We are very excited about this new enhancement," David Huber, president of Finance Express. "Getting customers in your door is the first hurdle in selling a car. 

"Our new lead module will not only help bring customers through your door, but manage the lead and keep in constant communication with the customer until they have purchased a car," Huber added. "We think this feature is a very nice complement to our DMS and dealers will find that it ultimately helps them sell more cars, which is one of our main goals."
