The Dealer Services Group of Automatic Data Processing today announced that ADP and Ford have signed an agreement for the license of the Ford Automated Card Everyone solution, developed by ADP.

The agreement states that Ford will work and contract directly with its dealer body for the ACE Program. The program includes the ADP-developed version of the Vehicle Inspection Application, specific to Ford.

ADP is now the only dealership solutions provider that has completed Ford ACE certification, officials stated.

"We are extremely excited that Ford has chosen ADP Dealer Services to be part of their ACE Program,” said Mike Sailor, senior vice president of manufacturer solutions for ADP.

“With our track record of providing successful, impactful service solutions for dealers, we know that we can help our ADP Ford dealers improve their service department processes and take better care of Ford customers," he added.

The automaker has begun a national campaign in an effort to introduce the ACE program to Ford regional personnel and ADP/Ford/Lincoln dealers. Five ADP pilot dealers are already installed and have been using the ACE solution for more than five months now.
