DEARBORN, Mich. –
Ford Motor Credit Co. is extending payment allowances for customers affected by recent flooding in the Southeast.
The company’s disaster relief program allows qualified customers to delay one or two monthly payments, then resume their regular payment schedules when their situations improve.
“We care about our customers and want to help them, especially in times like this,” said Dale Jones, executive vice president, The Americas.
The company is mailing and/or emailing contact instructions to eligible Lincoln Automotive Financial Services and Ford Credit customers. But customers do not have to wait for this notification; they may call this number immediately: (800) 723-4016.
The offer is available to those who are leasing or have purchased vehicles with financing from Ford Credit or Lincoln Automotive Financial Services. Interest may continue to accrue on the deferred payment(s) on simple interest contracts.
