BEL AIR, Md. -

BSCAmerica revealed a new member of the management staff at its Bel Air Auto Auction on Tuesday. Joining the auction’s leadership is Chuck Comfort, who will be in charge of the salvage, specialty and powersports division at Bel Air AA.

Comfort comes back to the auction where he was the operations manager from 2003 to 2006. Comfort subsequently worked in New York in a fleet/lease manager’s role for four years.

“We are very pleased to welcome Chuck Comfort to the team at Bel Air Auto Auction,” stated Charles Nichols, BSCAmerica’s president.

“There’s a tremendous potential for growth in the salvage, specialty and powersports segment of our business, and Chuck has both the skill and experience to help us expand those sales,” he added.

Comfort noted: “It is a great opportunity for me to work with the Nichols family again at Bel Air Auto Auction. We’re fortunate to have a separate facility dedicated exclusively to specialty product, which allows us to address the unique sales and service requirements for these vehicles.

“But we’re even more fortunate to have an experienced staff with firsthand knowledge of the inventory, who share a commitment to customer service,” he continued. “All these elements will work together as we build the scope of the salvage, powersports and heavy truck sales in this market."
