Kelley Blue Book announced today that it has joined the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association National Member Benefit Program, meaning NIADA members can now tap into KBB’s various offerings — including the newly launched Quick Values — to help them become more profitable and efficient.

Independent dealers can turn to KBB for vehicle valuation as well as tools to best help them manage their inventory.

“Kelley Blue Book’s superior reputation within the automotive industry made it an obvious addition to the program,” stated Scott Lilja, NIADA vice president of member services. “NIADA members will greatly benefit from Kelley Blue Book’s more than 85 years of experience and vast product offerings.”

KBB president and chief executive officer Paul Johnson chimed in, noting: “Kelley Blue Book’s analytic capabilities provide dealers and the industry with unrivaled insights into the future of the automotive marketplace, continuing the company’s preeminence in vehicle pricing and values.

“With our game-changing enhancements in data collection, advanced statistical modeling and personnel, businesses can manage inventory more effectively and profitably than ever before,” he added.

Some of the products KBB provides to dealers include: Kbb.com advertising, LeadDriver, KARPOWER Online, inventory listings and window stickers, officials noted.

The latest solution from KBB is Quick Values, a self-service product which provides new- and used-vehicle values for banks, insurance companies, government agencies and dealers.

Users can generate regionalized values for a unit by punching in its VIN or providing the year, make or model. Users are then provided a valuation report that includes all KBB values that Quick Values offers. Among these values is the Auction Value.
