Along with extending center hours, Manheim hopes to streamline its customer-service efforts by creating a single, toll-free phone number for all requests.
 
Effective immediately, customers can dial (866) MANHEIM or (866) 626-4346 for access to the Manheim Customer Care staff for personalized service.
 
Manheim emphasized that whether clients are calling with a question about an auction location, a new product or the latest OVE.com Online Event Sale, the company contends the easy-to-remember number can quickly put customers in touch with the right resource.
 
And because business days just keep getting longer for customers, Manheim expanded its Manheim Customer Care support hours. Assistance is now available seven days a week on all products, from 8 a.m. to midnight ET, Monday through Saturday, and 6 to 10 p.m. ET on Sundays.
 
When customers call this new number, they will be prompted through a few menu options to effectively assist their needs.
 
Manheim stressed that representatives will respond to questions and comments about every aspect of the company, ranging from Manheim Financial Services and Manheim Market Reports to PowerSearch and Manheim mobile solutions. 
 
Furthermore executives noted the new Manheim Customer Care number will also support Manheim’s DRIVE center.  
 
“The launch of the new number is a reflection of how Manheim continues to grow and change. This shift has meant that Manheim’s customers are increasingly looking for help with matters that are not location specific, or even product specific,” explained Diane Barton, vice president of customer experience at Manheim.
