motormindz, an auto industry venture consultancy, said that through its new strategic partnership with Connected Strategy Advisors, the company will continue its presence as an automotive tech accelerator and use CSA’s knowledge to bring connected vehicle services to market faster.

Connected Strategy Advisors is a Detroit-based advisory firm focused on connected cars and products, and motormindz said the partnership will help accelerate and enhance adoption of autonomous, connected, electric, and shared — or ACES — products and services for motormindz clients.

The partnership could also open opportunities with partners such as wireless carriers, to create end-to-end services.

motormindz chief executive officer Jeff Van Dongen said Connected Strategy Advisors has been an adviser on connected strategies to automotive OEMs for more than a decade, and that made the company a natural fit to add to motormindz’s roster of industry experts.

“We’ve seen firsthand the growing interest in autonomous driving, connectivity, the electrification of vehicles, and shared mobility (ACES) and expect the interest to increase exponentially moving forward,” Van Dongen said in a news release. “Our partnership with CSA will provide a one-stop shop for end-to-end connected car and customer leadership within the industry.”

motormindz connected car practice lead Greg Ross said the partnership is an important factor as motormindz experiences strong growth in the space.

Those investments are matched by major venture investment into ACES-based technologies and services.  Consumers at the same time have high expectations for a safe, high-quality ownership experience, motormindz said. Those trends show the need for innovators in the space to move forward quickly to bring adoption and demand.
