Mobile Productivity announced Tuesday that it used a thorough review and extensive dealer feedback to launch a redesigned version of its website.

MPi officials emphasized that the revamped tools at www.mpifix.com aim to help dealerships manage the vehicle inspection process better with the MPi World Class Inspection (WCI) system.

David Boyle, president and chief operation officer of MPi, believes all the features this solution can perform stems from a revamped online platform.

“Since we first launched www.mpifix.com, we’ve heard a lot of positive feedback about the many resources available to our customers and the industry as a whole. Where WCI is in use, MPi contends dealers can perform a better inspection and do a superior job of explaining needed repairs to the customer, realizing benefits that average between $100 and $125 in additional needed repairs per vehicle inspection. The company thinks that jump can result in a substantial increase in profit for the service department.
