Munce to Lead Manheim Toronto

Manheim’s flagship Canadian location has a new general manager. It was revealed Friday morning that chosen to head up Manheim Toronto is Cheryl Munce, who has served as the vice president of strategy, online and business development for Manheim in Canada since 2009.
Munce — who was a panelist on the “New Technologies and Trends for Sourcing Vehicles in the Wholesale Market” discussion at the recent Auto Remarketing Canada conference — has been with Manheim since 2006. She was originally hired as vice president of client relations and strategies. In that role, she headed up the crafting of business relationships and strategies with existing and prospective clients.
Her duties more recently have included leading the expansion of business development solutions, integrating third-party suppliers with Manheim and its clients.
Her work has also delved into organization strategy and effectiveness regarding customer needs and business development opportunities.
“Cheryl brings a wealth of industry knowledge and management expertise to this role” said Brad Hart, vice president of Manheim Canada, “She has built strong relationships within Manheim and with our customers and industry associates, and she’ll continue to be instrumental in driving our business and growth in Canada."
Munce added: “I am so excited about my new role. We have a fantastic team of employees at Manheim Toronto and a great group of customers — I am so looking forward to working with all of them, our other locations and online teams, to make the auction experience better than ever.”
