NAAA to Host Webinar with Live Studio Audience at Convention to ‘Get All Your Arbitration Questions Answered In 60 Minutes’

The National Auto Auction Association is trying something new with its 65th Annual Convention this year.
The association is broadcasting for the first time ever a live webinar in front of a studio audience.
Titled “60 Minutes: 100 Arbitration Questions Answered in an Hour,” the webinar will be led by industry arbitration expert and Manheim director of operational excellence Matt Arias.
It will be available for NAAA attendees as well as people who cannot make the event.
The webinar will include a live Q&A session with the studio audience as well as those participating online. NAAA chief executive officer Frank Hackett will host and association president Paul Lips will moderate.
Online attendees can participate in the Q&A along with the studio audience by emailing their questions to Arias during the interactive program.
“We hope you can join us in Indianapolis for our 65th Annual Convention this September. But if you can’t be there in person, you can still participate in our session on the hottest topic in the remarketing industry today,” NAAA said.
“And you can attend right from the convenience and comfort of your office or home!”
The webinar will be held at 2:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday, and those interested in viewing can sign up here.
NAAA emphasized that convention attendees do not need to register for the webinar,
“Believe me, Matt Arias is the Answer Man when it comes to arbitration. As Manheim’s director of operational excellence, he’s responsible for operational support and continuous improvement activities of lot operations and vehicle entry and arbitration departments, and serves as the intermediary for arbitration claims and mediation,” NAAA went on to say.
Sharing more about Arias, NAAA noted that he is the co-chair of its Auction Standards Committee, and has been featured in NAAA’s webinar on structural damage policy. Additionally, Arias is leading the Auction Standards Training classes that are being held around the country this year.
