NADA University to Cover Several Management Areas During August Webinars

With topics ranging from how the service department can maximize gross potential to how to harness mobile tools best, August is a busy month for Webinars orchestrated through NADA University.
The training arm of the National Automobiles Dealers Association has a total of five Webinars this month, with three upcoming and two others that can be downloaded by members.
The forthcoming events include:
—Wednesday at 1 p.m. EDT: “Is Your Service Department Maximizing its Grossing Potential?” with NADA Academy instructor Bob Atwood.
—Aug. 17 at 1 p.m. EDT: “New Technology, New Data, a New Method of Stocking,” led by Dale Pollak of vAuto.
—Aug. 24 at 1 p.m. EDT: “Buy and Sell Smart with Today’s Mobile Tools,” with Chad Goodson of Carfax.
NADA University conducted two other Webinars last week. These events included:
—“Managing Gen Y,” presented by Mark Rikess and Nicole Lipkin of the Rikess Group.
— “How to Make Good General Managers Great General Managers” with NADA U partner Jeff Sacks.
