OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -

Porsche Cars North America has enlisted the services of NCM Associates for a two-year dealer support program, which will consist of a myriad of peer-collaboration, operations, benchmarking and in-dealership retail coaching solutions to help selected dealers boost their profits and performances.

Specifically, NCM said it will offer:

—Specialized Pinnacle Performance Groups. These will take the benchmarking and collaboration benefits that a more intimate 20 Group would offer and blend it with focused, in-dealership consulting.

—Profit Forum Groups, which would be like a dealer 20 Group, except solely for Porsche.

—Pre-Owned Consultation immersion solution.

“We are delighted and honored to have secured PCNA’s endorsement,” said Paul Faletti Jr., president and chief executive officer of NCM Associates. “Porsche Cars North America is an organization with demanding standards and unwavering commitment to its dealers.

“Similarly, we at NCM hold ourselves to the same high level of accountability and share this mutual intense commitment to our dealer clients’ success,” he continued. “This endorsement not only recognizes our capability to deliver a quality program, it validates NCM’s dedication to excellence.”

Two PCNA executives — Eugene Litvinov, manager of dealer business development, and Kevin Harvey, manager, pre-owned operations — headed up developing the program. They also crafted the guidelines for what the automaker wanted in the program’s provider.

“We set out to find a professional service provider with a long-standing track record of success working with high-line dealers and a suite of offerings that would complement existing dealer consulting activities and take them to the next level,” Litvinov shared.

Harvey said it was necessary that the provider be able to show how it excels at helping to boost pre-owned profitability.

“NCM stood out among the rest, having clearly shown its capabilities and on-going commitment to dealership excellence through the depth and breadth of its programs and clientele,” Harvey said. “We are confident in NCM’s ability to deliver the kinds of innovative tools and services our dealers need to succeed.”
