OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -

As Fiat’s U.S. dealer body continues to get the ball rolling and develop strategies, NCM Associates revealed Monday that early next year it will be offering its first-ever set of Fiat Dealer Twenty Group meetings to help these dealerships get their feet wet and foster consistently profitable stores.

NCM will begin these meetings not long after the New Year, in order for these dealers to work together and share 2012 strategies.

“First of all, let me congratulate all the new franchisees on being awarded a Fiat dealership,” stated Paul Faletti Jr., president and chief executive officer at NCM.

“It is a strong testament to their skills as operators and industry leaders, and I am certain they will capitalize on this exciting opportunity,” he added. “That being said, starting a new franchise is a unique challenge for any dealer, so here at NCM we’ve marshaled our resources to put together a great team using our proven program to help these dealers successfully launch and maintain profitable stores.”

According to NCM, many of the new Fiat franchisees are its clients. NCM discovered this after many of its clients urged the company to create a Fiat Dealer Twenty Group.

Heading up the inaugural group is David Markley, NCM executive conference moderator. Markley’s background in the dealership sector includes positions as general manager and owner.

“Dave’s broad-based experience working in and consulting with retail dealerships gives him a holistic perspective that allows him to quickly identify a dealership’s profit opportunities,” said director of Twenty Group operations Kevin Cunningham. “His analytical and interpersonal skills will serve the new Fiat Dealer Twenty Group well.”
