SAN FRANCISCO -
Another automotive website has become a part of the Jumpstart Automotive Group networking. Joining the 13 existing members is Overstock.com Cars.
“Overstock.com earned its reputation as a premier online retailer, which has helped it transition very effectively to the development of a strong automotive audience,” stated Choon Choi, Jumpstart’s vice president of strategy and business development.
“We’re pleased to add such a high-profile brand to the millions of consumers who turn to our premium publisher partners to research, shop, buy, sell, own and maintain their vehicles. Not only is this a win for our customers, it’s a boon to the efforts of our advertising partners,” Choi added.
Other sites already in the Jumpstart network include: Vehix.com, Consumer Guide Automotive, JD Power Autos, Shopping.com Autos, Car and Driver, Road & Track, Cycle World, CarSoup.com, U.S. News Autos, HybridCars, CarGurus, TrueCar and PluginCars.com.
As some may know, amenities of Overstock.com Cars include buying services for new and used vehicles and a clearance lot with heavily discounted units. In addition, shoppers can go to the site to check out financing, insurance and warranty programs. Moreover, consumers utilize buying guides, read reviews from their peers, view crash test information and test-drive videos, while also taking in some purchasing ad.
“This is an ideal time for Overstock.com Cars to be added to the Jumpstart Automotive Group network of sites,” stated Story Simon, the senior vice president of marketing and customer care at Overstock.com.
“Not only have we expanded the products and services we offer millions of monthly car shoppers, we’ve recently upgraded our search engine and product strategy, benefiting customers and industry partners alike,” Simon added.
