ResponseLogix, whose digital response management software can help dealers respond to online leads quicker and more effectively, revealed Tuesday that its services can now be accessed by all General Motors dealerships.
Basically, this software is designed to help dealers respond with price quotes to online inquiries from shoppers within 10 minutes, officials said. Not only is response quickness increased, but so is the “quality,” officials said.
“Using new technology, we can now provide GM dealers with the same speed, quality and effectiveness of lead response that we have been delivering so successfully to other brands,” shared Tom Mohr, the chief executive officer of ResponseLogix
Offering some dealer response, Bill Krouse, vice president and executive manager of Polar Chevrolet in White Bear Lake, Minn., noted: “I found out about SmartQuote two years ago from my Dealer 20 Group and had been clamoring for the technology ever since.”
