Satisfied customers and positive online reviews earned 95 U.S. auto dealerships honors from Edmunds.com.

The company presented its inaugural Edmunds.com Five Star Premier Dealer Awards to the dealerships on Feb. 8, at the NADA Convention and Expo held in Orlando, Fla.

Edmunds president Seth Berkowitz said, “Edmunds.com believes that customer service should be the No. 1 priority for any dealership that wants to be successful. These 95 dealerships present a model for customer satisfaction, and we congratulate each one of them for creating an exceptional car buying experience.”

To be eligible for the award, dealerships were required to be participants in Edmunds’s Premier Dealer program, and to earn an average customer review rating of five stars on Edmunds.com, with a minimum of 20 reviews during the previous two years, as of Jan. 17.

Winners of the Five Star Premier Dealer Awards represent 33 U.S. metropolitan markets.

The Los Angeles market saw the most award winners with 15 dealerships, followed by the Boston and New York City markets with 10 apiece.
