WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J. –
BMW of North America recently highlighted 32 of its 338 franchise dealers nationwide and designated each store that captured the nod a 2011 Center of Excellence.
The automaker insisted these stores were tapped based on high customer satisfaction, outstanding brand representation, operational excellence and profitability.
BMW pointed out that its dealer network continues to invest in sales and service facilities, spending nearly $3 billion during the past decade. The company believes its dealers recognize the benefits of continuously improving business processes and focusing on delivering top-tier customer service.
“The Center of Excellence program rewards the BMW dealers who excel in their key business metrics,” explained Peter Miles, executive vice president of operations for BMW of North America.
“This year’s 32 winners are the ultimate performers who represent the best of the BMW brand, and we are proud to have them representing the brand,” Miles added.
