Car Pros stores finish 1-2 to lead Kia’s record sales month

Two of the dealership group’s California stores took the first and second spots nationally for Kia sales for the month, including a record-breaking performance by Car Pros Kia Glendale.
The 726 new and used vehicles sold from that location were the most ever in any month by any Kia dealership, Car Pros said in a news release. The Glendale dealership has led the nation in new Kia sales for five consecutive years.
Meanwhile, Car Pros Kia Moreno Valley sold 419 new and used vehicles in August to rank second in the nation. Car Pros said the store’s performance just 3½ years after it first opened in March 2022 reflects the company’s commitment to operational excellence and customer trust, as well as the work of the Moreno Valley staff.
Overall, Kia sold 83,007 units in March, up 10.4% year-over-year and the highest sales total for any month in its history.

The Car Pros dealerships also set records for electric vehicle sales, with the Glendale and Moreno Valley stores combining to sell 336 EVs in August.

Car Pros Kia Glendale, which opened in August 2010, has earned the Kia President’s Club award eight times for strong sales performance and customer satisfaction. Last year, four Car Pros Kia locations — Glendale, Moreno Valley, Huntington Beach and Tacoma, Wash., were certified in the J.D. Power Dealer of Excellence Program for exceptional customer experience.
Mike Novin, general manager of Car Pros Kia Tacoma, Car Pros Kia Renton and Car Pros Hyundai Renton in Washington will be part of a panel discussing “Best Practices from Best CPO Dealers” during Used Car Week, coming up Nov. 17-20 at the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Las Vegas.
Car Pros, founded in 1993, operates nine locations in Western Washington and Southern California.
