CARFAX has again earned recognition as one of the nation’s best places to work.

The vehicle history report provider was selected as one of the Top Workplaces 2025 by USA Today, as well as receiving regional honors from the Washington Post and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

CARFAX earned USA Today’s national award and St. Louis’ regional honor for the fourth consecutive year and was recognized by the Washington Post for the 11th time. The awards are based on anonymous employee surveys conducted by an independent third party to evaluate workplace experiences, policies and practices.

“We strive for Team CARFAX to feel empowered, supported, and inspired,” CARFAX CEO Bill Eager said. “This recognition celebrates Team CARFAX’s excellence and the culture we’ve built here together.”

CARFAX was also nationally recognized by the Top Workplaces program with Spring Culture Excellence Awards for Leadership, Compensation and Benefits, Work-Life Flexibility, Innovation and Purpose and Values.

“CARFAX is the real deal,” director of marketing operations Angela Coyle said in a news release. “Throughout my 20-plus-year tenure, the company’s core values have held firm. Being part of a team moving in the same direction, all committed to the same playbook, has made my experience both professionally and personally rewarding, making each success even more meaningful.”
