Carfluent is taking its technology to another level.

The provider of artificial intelligence-driven website technology designed to connect dealers with Spanish-speaking customers is expanding its offerings with a complete AI-powered, fully integrated bilingual website platform for dealerships.

The company had previously been creating tools to help dealers with various parts of the sales experience, including inventory and search functionality. But with market demand rising, Carfluent said, it now offers full website experiences in Spanish, including pages for service, financing, credit, contact us and more, allowing dealers to expand their customer base to the nation’s fastest-growing demographic and giving dealerships “an immediate advantage” in reaching broader audiences.

“As we’ve continued to grow, dealers have asked for a complete website solution that enables them to market every aspect of the dealership,” CEO Chance Mayfield said. “The market told us merchandising inventory in Spanish is a great start, but we want to offer more to Spanish speakers, including service scheduling and financing. Adding this enhanced functionality to our platform will allow them to do that.”

With Hispanics currently making up 19% of the U.S. population and continuing to grow, Carfluent said, businesses must offer services that effectively cater to that significant demographic. Carfluent’s technology is designed to give Spanish speakers access to all the information they need directly on a dealership’s website, making their car-buying experience easier and more transparent while helping dealers to attract new customers, achieve higher sales and give Spanish speakers a greater choice in vehicle shopping.

The company noted the Texas-based Cavender Auto Group has recorded an 87% close rate on leads generated from its Carfluent-powered bilingual websites.

“The feedback from dealers drove the development of our comprehensive website platform, which uses our proprietary AI to create and maintain an accurate, fully bilingual online presence for dealerships,” Mayfield said. “Our AI understands and translates OEM-specific descriptions and terms, ensuring accuracy while maintaining the context of the content we’re translating.”
