Denver is the latest market to get Carvana’s same-day delivery service.

The online used-car retailer said car buyers in the Denver area can now take delivery of select vehicles as soon as the same day they’re ordered from Carvana.com, and customers selling their vehicles to Carvana can get same-day drop-off options after completing the online vehicle appraisal and sales process.

“After serving Denver-area car buyers and sellers for many years, we are excited to make the Carvana experience even better by offering the speed and convenience of same-day delivery,” senior director of market operations and expansion Jacqueline Hearns said. “Denver customers have always enjoyed access to Carvana’s wide selection, but now, with a growing pool of retail inventory in Colorado Springs, Denver-area customers can buy a vehicle and have it delivered to their doorstep within hours of purchase.”

The offering coincides with the April addition of a Carvana inspection and reconditioning center at the ADESA Colorado Springs auction facility — an integration Carvana had originally dubbed a “Megasite” — which the company said supports the same-day service by giving local buyers access to vehicles that can be delivered quickly.

With the addition of Colorado, Carvana’s same-day delivery is now offered in parts of 17 states, and the company said it will continue to expand. Tennessee is likely to become the next, following last week’s announcement of a combined auction-recon/inspection facility coming to ADESA Nashville.
