Boardwalk Auto Group has sold its four ultra-luxury dealerships in Texas to US Auto Trust, according to a news release from NBB, which was the exclusive transaction advisor to Boardwalk.

Included in the transaction were Boardwalk Ferrari, Boardwalk Lamborghini, Boardwalk Maserati, and Boardwalk Pagani. This is the third major sale from Boardwalk that NBB has advised on this year.

“NBB demonstrated exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and engagement throughout the sale process,” Boardwalk president and CEO Ken Ambrose said in a news release. “Their team was timely in communications, thorough in documentation, and proactive in managing each stage of the transaction.

“From initial valuation through closing, NBB’s commitment to client service ensured a smooth and well-coordinated process. Their expertise and professionalism were evident at every junction, making them a trusted and valued advisor and partner,” Ambrose said.

NBB CEO Zach Kuzemka added: “It was an honor for NBB to advise Boardwalk Auto Group on these landmark transactions. These dealerships are among the most prestigious in the country, and they attracted strong interest from top-tier buyers. We congratulate US Auto Trust, Clay Cooley, and George Grinzewitsch Jr. on their acquisitions and look forward to seeing these stores reach new heights under their stewardship.”
