Penske Automotive Group is all in on Lexus.
The international automotive giant said it has signed an agreement to acquire Lexus of Orlando and Lexus of Winter Park in Central Florida, previously owned by Jimmy Bryan Sr., a deal it expects to add $450 million in annualized revenue.
“The acquisition of these premier Lexus dealerships represents another strategic addition to the Penske Automotive Group portfolio,” PAG North American operations officer Rich Shearing said. “The acquired dealerships will expand the company’s scale in one of the fastest-growing states in the country while leveraging the company’s existing infrastructure in Central Florida.”
In November, Penske pulled two of the nation’s top volume Lexus stores into its fold, acquiring Longo Lexus in El Monte, Calif., and Lexus of Stevens Creek in San Jose from Penske Motor Group, owned by PAG vice chairman Greg Penske, son of PAG chairman and CEO Roger Penske.
The company operates more than 350 dealerships in seven countries on four continents.
PAG said it expects the Florida transaction, which is expected to close during the first quarter of 2026, will be funded using cash flow from operations and availability under its U.S. credit agreement.

CATA to host blood drive during Chicago Auto Show
The Chicago Automobile Trade Association, in partnership with the Versiti Blood Center, of Illinois, will host the annual Dennis Buckley Memorial Blood Drive during the 2026 Chicago Auto Show, coming up Feb. 7-16.
The blood drive will take place daily at the Versiti booth on the show floor from 10 a.m. until two hours before the auto show closes.
The blood drive honors the legacy of Dennis Buckley, a longtime Chicago Auto Show employee who helped establish the drive as a signature part of the event. The drive was named in his honor after his death from cancer in 2004.
“Dennis believed deeply in showing up for others, whether it was through his work at the Chicago Auto Show or by rolling up his sleeve to donate blood,” said Lauren Buckley, Dennis’ widow. “The Auto Show was such an important part of his life, and seeing this blood drive continue more than 20 years later in his name is incredibly meaningful.
“Dennis would be humbled to know how many lives have potentially been saved through this effort, and I know he’d encourage every attendee who is able to donate to do so. It’s a simple act that truly makes a difference.”
For more than two decades, the blood drive has grown into a meaningful tradition at the Chicago Auto Show, bringing together attendees, exhibitors and partners to help offset winter blood shortages.
Chicago Auto Show general manager Jennifer Morand said the blood drive is “a powerful reminder of Dennis Buckley’s compassion and dedication to the Chicago Auto Show and our community. Partnering with Versiti to continue this tradition allows our attendees and exhibitors to make a real difference by helping save lives while honoring Dennis’ lasting legacy.”
BYU fan wins VW Tiguan in Ken Garff Threes for Keys promotion
Ethan Graham didn’t pay for his new 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan from Ken Garff Automotive Group.
He earned it.
The young Brigham Young University basketball fan won the vehicle in the Ken Garff Threes for Keys contest during BYU’s game against rival Utah at The Marriott Center in Provo, Utah.
Graham, from Spanish Fork, Utah, won a two-year lease on the vehicle by making 3-point shots from four spots on the court within 30 seconds. He hit the winning shot with two seconds left on the clock.
“It felt unreal,” he said. “I couldn’t believe that last shot went in. It was an incredible opportunity. Thank you, Ken Garff!”
The Ken Garff Threes for Keys promotion gives a fan selected at random “the unique opportunity to become a part of the game and show off their skills on the court,” Ken Garff CEO Brett Hopkins said. “We are delighted to bring the excitement of this contest to basketball fans season after season.”
The Salt Lake City-based dealership group operates 70 locations in eight states.
