US Auto Trust has moved into a new part of the U.S.
The California-based dealership group has acquired Boardwalk Auto Group’s remaining stores in the Dallas area, featuring high-end performance cars. The deal includes Ferrari and Maserati franchises in Plano, Texas, and Lamborghini, Pagani and Czinger dealerships in Richardson.
US Auto Trust also operates four locations in Southern California, representing the Aston Martin, Lotus and Cadillac brands.
“From day one, our focus has been on creating a culture that elevates the client experience to the highest level in the industry,” US Auto Trust founder Edward Glazer said. “Every decision we make, from acquisitions to daily operations, is built around delivering exceptional service and long-term trust.”
Glazer said the Ferrari, Lamborghini and Pagani brands “represent the pinnacle of performance and design, and we look forward to delivering an ownership experience worthy of their legacy.”
US Auto Trust began in 2018 with the acquisition of Aston Martin Newport Beach, which the company said has earned Aston Martin’s Wings Awards five times and claims the title of No. 1 Aston Martin dealership in the U.S. for sales and service.
The group also raised the performance of multiple Land Rover dealerships, positioning them to Pinnacle status among the top-ranked stores in the nation prior to their successful sale earlier this year.

The sale represents the last of Boardwalk’s dealerships. Earlier this year, the group sold its luxury/performance-brand dealerships in Northern California to Von Housen Automotive Group and its Volkswagen store in Lewisville, Texas, to Clay Cooley Auto Group.
Crossroads acquires 15th Ford dealership
Crossroads Automotive Group is all in on Ford.
The North Carolina-based dealership group has acquired its 15th Ford store, purchasing McLaughlin Ford in Sumter, S.C. from retiring owner Bill McLaughlin.
The addition is Crossroads’ first dealership in South Carolina. The company now operates 20 locations in the Carolinas and Virginia.
In a news release, Crossroads said it will invest in Sumter by building a new facility for the dealership, featuring expanded sales, service and customer amenities designed to “deliver an exceptional ownership experience” for Ford customers in Sumter and the surrounding areas.
The store, which has been renamed Crossroads Ford of Sumter, will operate at its current location until the project is completed.
“We believe that together, we can build on McLaughlin’s history while continuing to serve the Sumter community,” general manager Gary Smith said.
