Haig Partners has a new managing director with a resume that includes stints with luxury automakers and a fellow firm in the advisory space.

The dealership buy-sell advisory firm announced the addition of Emily Bourne to lead its efforts in the Midwest and with Lexus and Porsche dealerships.

Bourne has plenty of experience with those brands, having served in dealer-facing roles with Porsche, Lexus and INFINITI during her 20-plus years in the auto industry, leading strategic initiatives to increase sales performance, fixed operations and customer experience.

Most recently, though, she worked the Midwest region for another player in the dealership M&A space, Performance Brokerage Services, advising dealers in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa and Nebraska through the transaction process, from valuation and market positioning to negotiation and closing.

In a news release, Haig Partners said Bourne’s “consultative and relationship-driven approach” helped generate a record transaction volume in 2025.

“Emily is a fantastic addition to our team,” Haig Partners president and founder Alan Haig said. “She brings a unique blend of OEM discipline and retail advisory experience that allows her to connect with dealers on a deeper level. Her ability to establish trust, understand dealer operations and advise with credibility sets her apart.

“With Emily’s leadership, we are confident in our continued success helping dealers to maximize the value of their life’s work.”

During her time with Porsche, Bourne helped the brand reach No. 1 in J.D. Power’s CSI and SSI rankings, Haig Partners said, and played an integral role in launching Porsche’s Excite! program in collaboration with the Disney Institute, an initiative designed to create “Porsche Passion” by delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Haig said Bourne “drove meaningful gains in fixed operations performance, customer retention and satisfaction metrics” for INFINITI and Lexus.

Bourne called Haig Partners “the most respected and trusted name in the dealership M&A space.”

“Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside some of the most respected names in the automotive industry,” she said. “Joining Haig Partners is a natural next step and an opportunity to fully focus on what I love: advising dealers, maximizing value and helping them achieve their goals.”
