The digital auto sales technology provider has launched ReviewSoda, an AI-powered review response platform for auto dealers designed to engage customers, build trust and foster loyalty.

ReviewSoda automates the review management process by sending customized invitations for feedback and responding to Google reviews in real time. The company said the platform addresses both positive and negative reviews, and the AI analyzes the context and tone of each review to make sure responses are unique, timely and tailored to eliminate generic, repetitive responses and enhance customer satisfaction.
