NCM, RockED team up in dealer training partnership

Auto industry training platform RockED is teaming with NCM Associates, a provider of 20 Groups, consulting, coaching, training and data reporting in a partnership that will bring RockED to automotive dealerships nationwide.
In a news release, RockED said the collaboration will give dealers training content intended to “close productivity gaps and drive greater efficiency at the dealership level.”
NCM and RockED said they recognized a growing demand for alternative training formats as the auto industry deals with rapid changes, including artificial intelligence, electric vehicles, consumer expectations and cybersecurity/data protection.
RockEd said the partnership offers a gamified, microlearning platform designed to drive performance through:
Content consumption: RockED said its bite-sized, focused lessons are easy to consume, retain and apply, delivering real-time knowledge and encouraging daily engagement to maintain learning and skill-building on a daily basis.
Content quality: The companies said the platform provides high-end, video-based content from industry thought leaders delivered in a social media-like format to optimize usage.
Data-driven delivery: The data and analytics engine built into the RockED platform provides real-time data around the consumption of training content, the company said, including topics, modules and assessments that can be used to determine when, how much and what type of support is needed.
NCM president and CEO Paul Faletti the partnership will “deliver innovative learning solutions that align with the dynamic needs of the automotive industry. By combining our expertise in dealership performance with RockED’s microlearning technology, we can help our clients adapt faster, train smarter and achieve sustainable success.”
NCM said the companies will provide training that can be accessed anytime, anywhere on any mobile device, and will be tailored to current industry trends for up-to-date insights ranging from technician retention to EV adoption.
NCM said its in-person meetings will be supplemented with training delivered through RockED, and the companies will use NCM’s data-driven performance metrics to track progress and ROI.
NCM said it will explore future opportunities to integrate RockED into its existing training programs and consulting services in fixed operations, sales, finance and leadership.
“Dealerships that want to win in 2025 and beyond need to embrace new approaches to training and people development,” RockED CDO Matthias Stoever said. “Our partnership with NCM Associates represents a game-changing opportunity for dealers to leverage microlearning as a competitive advantage.”
