ARLINGTON, Texas –

The National Independent Automobile Dealers Association recently rolled out early registration and discounted hotel room rates for its annual Convention & Expo.

The 65th annual event is scheduled for June 19 to 23 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. “Early Bird” promotional hotel rates starting at $144 per night now are available until March 22.

To secure hotel accommodations for this rate, NIADA instructed members to call Caesars Palace directly at (866) 277-5944 and use group code “SCNIA1.” Hotel reservations also can be completed at the facility’s website.

For convention attendees, if registration is completed before June 17, NIADA said the cost is $395 per person and $345 per person for each additional member of the same dealership or company. On-site registration costs $100 more.

For exhibitors, the association indicated booth space costs $25 per square foot, meaning a booth spanning 10 square feet would be $2,500 and one consisting of 20 square feet would be $10,000.

NIADA also noted plenty of sponsorship opportunities remain available.
