ServiceUp-Merchants Fleet partnership aims to speed repairs, keep fleets on road

ServiceUp has joined with fleet management company Merchants Fleet in a partnership that integrates ServiceUp’s all-in-one repair management platform with Merchants Fleet’s fleet services to deliver faster, more efficient repairs for fleet customers.
The collaboration is designed to allow Merchants Fleet clients to manage all repairs in one centralized platform to minimize downtime, simplify operations and produce faster return-to-road timelines.
“In our mission to make fleet management as simple and stress-free as possible for our clients, every detail matters,” Merchants Fleet senior vice president and chief operations officer Jeff Nieman said. “Partnering with ServiceUp allows us to deliver on that promise by taking the hassle out of the repair process, minimizing downtime so our clients can keep their fleets moving.”
He said ServiceUp’s “end-to-end repair management model aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing smarter, more responsive solutions that truly make a difference for the businesses we serve.”
In a news release ServiceUp said its platform handles “every step of the journey, including vehicle pickup and delivery, expedited approvals and real-time repair updates” for everything from collision and mechanical work to routine maintenance, adding its national network of repair facilities, logistics infrastructure and service advisors provide control, transparency and peace of mind for fleet customers.
“Downtime from repairs is one of the most expensive and frustrating parts of fleet management,” ServiceUp CEO and co-founder Brett Carlson said. “This partnership with Merchants helps fleets take back control by minimizing delays, reducing frustration and keeping vehicles on the road where they belong.”
As part of the partnership, ServiceUp will be a premium sponsor of Merchants Fleet’s upcoming Fleet Summit, Sept. 23-24 at the company’s headquarters in Hooksett, N.H.
