Startup company HeyGreenlight has greenlighted an experienced hand to lead its revenue strategy.

The AI-powered platform focused on improving dealership conversations and performance has added Kerry Kolde as chief revenue officer to expand its dealer network growth and scale adoption.

Kolde’s resume includes roles with recognizable auto industry names Cars.com, TrueCar, LotLinx and SpinCar (now Impel), building and leading high-performing revenue organizations, HeyGreenlight said.

She most recently served as TrueCar’s vice president of OEM incentives.

“Kerry has a reputation for execution at the highest level,” said HeyGreenlight CEO Jay Ku, who founded the company last fall. “She understands the automotive landscape deeply and knows how to build revenue engines that scale.

“Bringing her into HeyGreenlight at this stage positions us to move faster, expand our reach and deliver more value to dealers.”

Kolde will focus on accelerating adoption of HeyGreenlight’s platform, which is designed to give dealership teams real-time data, AI-guided communication and enriched customer insights to help improve engagement, increase appointment conversion and drive sales.

“HeyGreenlight is solving a real problem in automotive,” Kolde said. “Dealership teams are expected to perform at a high level without having the full context of who they’re speaking with.

“This platform changes that. It gives salespeople the insight and confidence to have better conversations and close more deals. I’m excited to help scale that impact.”

Kolde is also known as a leader and advocate for women in automotive, HeyGreenlight said, supporting mentorship, leadership development and industry advancement.
