CINCINNATI –
In an effort to better connect dealers with car lease shoppers, a new online marketplace was launched this week.
The creator of www.WantALease.com — Cincinnati-based Joseph Automotive Group, which also founded Swapalease.com — contend that although dealers already offer lease deals on a variety of platforms, the site helps them to sell locally as well as in other parts of the U.S.
And with leasing penetration rising about pre-recession levels, it is becoming more and more of a profit opportunity for dealers.
“Car leasing popularity is at an all-time high, and it’s important to help consumers shop for the best deals possible on any car they want, wherever they may be,” said Richard Joseph, co-founder of WantALease.com and Swapalease.com.
“Car shoppers want to compare leases prices online, in an environment that’s convenient for them, and WantALease.com is designed to connect them to the best lease deals in their market."
The new website allows shoppers to compare lease deals and connects them with dealers in their local regions or in other parts of the country.
