Tim Lamb Group to add director to focus on M&A deals in South Central US

The Tim Lamb Group is in growth mode, too.
The dealership sales and acquisitions firm on Tuesday announced the addition of Mike McMeeken as director of the South Central Region. Based in Houston, the firm said McMeeken will begin his role on Aug. 1.
Tim Lamb highlighted McMeeken brings extensive experience and a strong reputation for integrity to his new position, having facilitated 35 buy/sell transactions involving more than 60 rooftops and 17 OEM brands across North America.
With nearly a decade of experience leading corporate development for a mid-sized private dealership group, the firm said McMeeken offers an insider’s perspective on almost every facet of the transaction process. That includes maintaining strict confidentiality, identifying the right buyers, managing key legal documents, navigating OEM approvals, and preparing for a smooth close.

In his new role, the firm indicated McMeeken will focus on helping dealership owners throughout the South Central U.S., including Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico.
