Sales enablement and consumer experience software platform TradePending has become a partner in the Mazda Digital Certified Program, the company announced.
The certification gives Mazda dealers access to TradePending’s tools through MDCP, which offers dealers programs and technologies from a selection of certified providers.
The company said those tools include Trade+, designed to convert website traffic into trade-in leads; Payments, which provides real-time monthly payment estimates based on local rates and lender data; AutoBio, which offers dealer-curated vehicle stories designed to build consumer confidence; and Badges, which creates visual highlights for VDPs to help merchandise inventory more effectively.
“This partnership provides Mazda dealers with a vetted and approved suite of tools designed to help drive tangible results, streamline their digital operations and enhance the car-buying experience for their customers,” TradePending vice president of strategic partnerships Kerstin Todd said.
The partnership allows dealers who choose to integrate TradePending’s tools to receive co-op eligibility, OEM-negotiated pricing, comprehensive reporting and analytics, onboarding and support, and ensured compliance with Mazda brand standards.
