Subaru dealers have been supporters of UVeye. Now the provider of artificial intelligence-powered vehicle inspection systems is returning the favor.
UVeye said it will begin offering expanded support and resources to more than 600 U.S. Subaru retailers to make its automated underbody, tire and exterior inspection technology more accessible to Subaru service departments.
The program also includes optional tools to increase operational efficiency, customer transparency and service lane consistency.
UVeye said the support will provide access to its automatic inspection systems for consistent assessments; integrations, including UVeye’s connection with Tire Rack Wholesale for tire recommendations and purchase pathways; Subaru-focused onboarding, training materials and workflow guidance; billing options that include compatibility with Subaru parts billing processes; and 360-degree photo and imaging capabilities to support service and sales operations with visual documentation.
In a news release, UVeye said Subaru retailers, including high-volume stores such as Patriot Subaru of Saco in Saco, Maine, have been early adopters of its technology, reporting greater transparency, more efficient trade-in processes and overall workflows among other operational improvements.
UVeye CEO and co-founder Amir Hever said his company’s tools complement Subaru’s “strong focus on quality and long-term customer care. Our automated inspection systems help service teams work faster, more consistently and with clearer visibility into vehicle condition, ultimately improving reliability, efficiency and the entire customer experience.”
