Ally Financial SmartAuction handed out its SmartLane Auction of the Year Award earlier this week.
Receiving the honor was Greensboro Auto Auction, based in Greensboro, N.C.
SmartAuction highlighted that Greensboro AA was the No. 1 seller of vehicles in the company’s premier open auction lanes last year. The achievement marks the second consecutive year Greensboro AA has reached that level of performance.
SmartAuction vice president Steve Kapusta said Greensboro AA is a valued member of Ally Auto Remarketing’s network of physical auctions.
“Greensboro Auto Auction has earned a reputation of excellence among GM, Chrysler and fleet dealers for their commitment to exceeding expectations and fostering a healthy market for quality used vehicles and we’re proud to recognize their efforts with this award,” Kapusta insisted.
“We value all the support we receive from the Greensboro team and look forward to another great year in 2012,” he added.
